About Us

Christopher John Davies Drafting and Design (CDDD) was established as a sole trader business in July 2000 (ABN 65 864 281 538). CDDD provides consulting, drafting and design, specifications and documentation of fire and hydraulic services associated generally with high and low rise building to Australian Standards and the National Construction Code.

Staff

Christopher John Davies has 30 years experience working within the hydraulic services field. He has provided contract drafting services for engineering companies such as Meinhardt Consulting Engineers, Peter D Thomson & Associates and Design Partnership Australia Consulting Engineers. Chris is registered as a Building Practitioner (DP-SD 20330) and holds a Certificate IV in Plumbing (Services Design). He is a member of the Association of Hydraulic Consultants Australia and the Fire Protection Association Australia. Annalise Bergen, our youngest team member, has completed an Advanced Diploma Building Design which included operating BIM, Revit and ArhiCAD programs. Lisa Hughes-Gage and Jenk Akyalcin, our Field Officers, carry out site inspections in relation to fire service plans and evacuation diagrams. All field staff are trained in site safety and hold current Working with Children Checks.
